Ever since I can remember I have always been drawn to the coast. No matter the weather, come rain or shine, you will find me there with camera in hand ready to capture those therapeutic scenes! I love that no two days are ever the same with the changing of tides, and how that famous golden hour ( and blue hour) can bring forward different colours and tones to change the mood completely. There is no better feeling than that fresh sea air and those rolling waves to help lift any mood and give that feeling of mindfulness, something that I would encourage everyone to add to their daily routine!
